From March 2023, you will not be able to buy any more games from the Nintendo 3DS eShop and the Wii U eShop.
Can I still add credit to the eShop?
Yes, but only until 08/29/2022. So, if you still want to buy some games with store credit, you better add some funds before it’s too late.
You only have until 03/27/2023 to buy stuff in the eShop.
Or just buy physical games. It’s better for Nintendo 3DS anyway…
Can I still download purchased games?
Yes, even after 03/27/2023 and in the foreseeable future you will be able to download your purchased games and to play online and download system updates.
