After five years the lawsuit between Lindsay Lohan and Rockstar Games and GTA 5 has finally ended. Rockstar Games wins.
Five years ago Lindsay Lohan sued Rockstar Games. The reason was, that Rockstar Games would use a character that looks like her and that she didn’t allowed the use of this person. Now the federal appeals court in New York has came to a result and agreed with Rockstar Games.
As Reuters reports, the Court of Appeals in New York has agreed with six to zero, that Take Two Interactive and Rockstar did not interfere with Lohan’s privacy. Lohan would not take any damage from this character from GTA 5 called Lacey Jonas.
