The upcoming new game to The Dark Pictures game series is set in space aboard a spaceship, with the first game of Season 2 titled “Directive 8020.” A short teaser for the upcoming game was posted on the company’s Twitter on December 31, 2023.
As for the release date, considering the recent release cycles, “The Devil in Me” was released in 2022, followed by “Switchback VR” in 2023. Following this release cycle, it is expected that the new game Directive 8020 will probably launch in 2024.
